Staff was very friendly, check in was easy, pool was very nice.
The spa installations were somewhat less than hoped for.

Half board not recommended
Nice swimming pool, accept dogs, rooms are renovated and clean.
We had half-board. First night it was good but the second night they didn’t had available all dishes from the menu. Two adults had to DINNER with OMELETTE And baby squids which was like 10 pieces maximum and extremely small and dry… ????‍️ it’s insane. We were hungry by midnight and clearly there’s no place to buy even a snack. I added a photo of a baby squids plate. Very sad have to leave this comment because first day we had a very good food from the menu… When you have half board guests you as a hotel have to keep all dishes from menu available for this guests. And only then to serve to guests who order from normal menu. My husband works in the hotel and it’s something so basic that it was shocking for us to face it…

we stayed for severl days, we asked to change towels on the second day because they were wet, from the day before at the reception they didn't agree to change them only after long conversation with the representative not איק דקרהןבק 'ק קספקבא
